Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow service revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. - You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of service personnel. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to align service offerings with customer needs. - You will monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to optimize service operations. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet business objectives. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related field, preferably within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational excellence. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally. - Ability to analyze data and KPIs to make informed decisions and drive improvements. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries. - Familiarity with GEA products and service solutions. - Project management certification or experience. - Multilingual skills or experience working in diverse cultural environments.
