Job Description SummaryThe Transactional Service Project Manager will lead and execute turbine conversions, modification, and upgrades (CM&U) and other billable projects across EMEA. The Transactional Service Project Manager is accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost on multiple small and medium projects simultaneously. He/She/They will also support during the commercial phase and follow up with the customer after project execution to ensure revenue recognition.The Transactional Service Project Manager will report to the Senior Transactional Staff Manager- EMEA.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesPreparation phase:Build a Project team with relevant stakeholders, and lead coordination meetings.Prepare Project schedules including main project deliverablesIdentify main contractors (Crane, tooling & Manpower) and work with sourcing partnersOrganize site surveys and coordinate with internal engineering teams & contractors to build technical files for site execution (WDI's & protocols, etc.)Coordinate with Parts team for the preparation and availability of materialIn liaison with Sourcing & Logistics, coordinate: Material/tooling orders, transport, and delivery to siteDevelop and maintain relationships with customers, engineering stakeholders, & business partnerRaise Purchase orders for external vendors and internal services requests.]Execution phase:Coordinate with local site teams to ensure Turbine preparation is complete before execution startCoordinate the execution of site operations closely with the Site Manager/contractors and engineering teamDrive resolution of technical issues in coordination with Engineering, Technical Support team and any other relevant function (Tooling, Methods & Processes etc.)Close-out phase:Financially close the project (incl. negotiations with vendors) and close service requestsReport out on performance and lessons learnt/PSR Close-out phase:Financially close the project (incl. negotiations with vendors) and close service requestsReport out on performance and lessons learnt/PSRQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degreeSignificant experience in a senior operational/execution roleExperience in project management & people coordinationAbility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required (~20% time)Fluent in EnglishDesired Characteristics:Certification from a Project Management instituteAbility to work autonomously & influence project stakeholdersTenacious in finding practical and effective solutions to problemsHigh level of motivation, leadership, and influencing skillsStrong interpersonal and facilitation skillsProactive self-starter and change agentCross functional and international team experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsEffectively communicate across all organizational levels, departments, and functionsDemonstrate technical aptitude and business acumenStrong analytic problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No#LI-Remote - This is a remote position
