Job Description Summary The Senior Account Manager - Nuclear Services is responsible for leading customer relationships for the Steam Power Nuclear Services portfolio in the assigned region. They are responsible for orders, commitments and customer strategy for a defined portfolio of customer accounts. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Develop long term strategic plans by customer to drive market / customer penetration in support of Orders, Sales, Cash and Contribution Margin growth. Maintain on-going customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers Drive a sales pipeline on complex, multi-offering transactions that may include Parts, Repairs, Outage Services, Performance Upgrades, Digital Solutions and Long Term Service / Parts Agreements. Develop and maintain key Account Plans with detailed insights focused on Customer’s Strategy, Customer ESG Policies, Organizational Structures, Buying Behaviors, Outage and Opportunity Forecasts Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities Develop long term strategic plans by customer to drive market / customer penetration in support of Orders, Sales, Cash and Contribution Margin growth. Support the maintenance of accurate and current project and opportunity information in NEX Ability to manage and influence in a matrix environment Integrative team working style Time management skills and ability to work across functions Ability to work independently and be a self-starter Business acumen / analytic ability Provide demand forecasting and pacing support to Sales Operations / Finance. Work with Marketing and Product Line to develop new products and services for business growth Eligibility Requirements: The preferred work location for this role is at the GE Vernova location in Atlanta Georgia but highly qualified (US based) remote candidates will be considered. (Relocation assistance provided) This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university OR (High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry) Minimum of 10 years experience in the Power Generation Industry Minimum of 5 years experience working with, and knowledge of, Steam Turbine / Generator technology products and services Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Customer Service in the Power Generation industry Ability to travel 50% Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs #LI-Remote GE Vernova offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
