Job Description SummaryAs related customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution ofprofessional activities within a technical discipline. Are you excited at the opportunity to electrify and decarbonize the world?What you will do To plan, manage and deliver an entire project from transfer through to Final Acceptance (FAC) ensuring that additional business opportunities are pursued and to deliver high levels of Customer satisfaction and maximum margin/value.At Level B, the Project Manager has the capacity of managing a medium sized Unit Project (15-20 M Euros) or a small number of similar projects. The impact of the Project(s) will have a significant effect on the Business Unit. The project(s) operate in a limited international environment or national context with existing external or Internal Customer with not more than 20 internal and main supplier interfaces.Risks associated to the project correspond to difficult and technical risk.Ensure good, transparent and effective reporting and deliver all documents in a timely manner so that progress can be fully communicated.Take responsibility for all aspects of communication for an overall project.Take responsibility for all aspects of Project Management for the overall project(s) FullScope management.Take responsibility for all aspects of work package execution for the overall project(s) (M.D).Manage the entire project scope of work.Maximize standardization Full Time management.Take responsibility for delivery on time for the overall project(s) Full cost management.Take responsibility for the gross margin for the overall project(s)Maximize profit at each phase of project Quality managementTake responsibility for all aspects of quality for the overall project(s) Full H.R management.Responsible for organizing and deploying the Team for the overall project(s)Structure the project and define the Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) and interfaces.Take responsibility for all aspects of contract management with the Customer, suppliers and partners for the overall project(s). What you will bring (Basic qualifications)Engineering Degree from an accredited university.7+ years' experience of managing small size projects value (10-20 M Euro) or work package of project.Experience in one or several functions involved on operations: Engineering, logistic, sourcing, and field services.(optional).Proven track record of project improvement margin.Willingness to work in different locations for short or medium periods worldwideArabic , English & French proficient.What will make you stand outHighly preferred experienced in our GRID business.Project management in an international environment.Strong personally and experience in analyzing and solving problems.Ready to be exposed to contracting business challenges.High soft, communication and presentation skills.PMP Certificate would be a plus.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No#LI-Remote - This is a remote position
