Job Description SummaryThe incumbent will be responsible for full spectrum of Orders fulfilment in CEAP region particularly China including Order Booking, acknowledge Customer Orders, issue Purchase Orders, shipment coordination, goods received to final invoicing to Customer. This role also requires to support RJV in China for Finance related matters, This position will be based in Shanghai or Beijing.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesBook Customer Orders both manual and Online Store ordersCreate Purchase Orders FactoriesCreate New Customer and New Materials when neededSend Order Acknowledgement to Customers upon receipt of Factories/External Vendors Order AcknowledgementManage the Logistics of the Orders in accordance with Customers' incotermsProvide Shipping Instructions upon goods readiness from Factories/External VendorsFollow up on shipments as well as Documents such as Certificate of Origin, Test Reports, Certificate of Warranty etc requested by CustomersPerform goods receipt upon goods despatchedGenerate Tax invoice and provide copy to customersLetter of credit submission and bonds issuance when neededSupport External Auditor on interim/annual auditSupport RJV in finance related matters such as PO approvals, reconciliation etc.Qualifications/Requirements Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field5 years relevant experience in Order Management/Project administration, familiar with China Import and Export Documents and Customs ManagementStrong oral and written communications in both Chinese and EnglishProficiency in SAP and MS Office will be added advantage•Strong analytical skills to assess and improve Order Fulfilment process•Proactive approach to identify and resolve issuesAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No#LI-Remote - This is a remote position
