This role requires deep expertise in Teamcenter configuration and integration. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities The Aero Alliance business is kicking of the implementation of its PLM solution using Siemens Teamcenter X. You will act as the PLM Solution Architect for this implementation. Configure Teamcenter modules, including workflow, structure manager, requirements management, and change management, to align with Aeroderivatives processes. Collaborate with functional partners within the Aero Alliance and our partners at GE Aerospace, GE Vernova & Baker Hughes to understand business requirements and implement solutions. Conduct system testing, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability. Provide technical leadership in defining PLM strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) preferably in Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in PLM implementation with Siemens Teamcenter. In-depth knowledge of key Teamcenter modules: Engineering Data Management, BOM & Document Management, and Workflow, Release & Change Management Desired Qualifications: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects. Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Siemens Teamcenter certifications (e.g., Teamcenter Architect) are a plus. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
