Job Description SummaryThe Early Career Program Operations, Data Management and Projects Lead is a critical operational role within GE Vernova's Early Career Talent Center of Excellence (COE).This role is responsible for ensuring early career programs are executed with consistency, discipline, and measurable impact across regions. Sitting at the intersection of program delivery, data, and operations, this leader connects strategy to execution-translating program goals into clear operating rhythms, actionable insights, and scalable processes.Partnering closely with Program Managers, HR, recruiting teams, and Digital Technology, this role brings structure to how programs run end-to-end-ensuring alignment, data integrity, and a high-quality experience for both participants and the business.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Program Operations & GovernanceEstablish and maintain consistent ways of working across early career programs, ensuring alignment across internships, development programs, and accelerator programsPartner with Program Managers to define and sustain standard work across the program lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, assignments, transitions)Lead core operating rhythms (planning cycles, tracking mechanisms, reporting cadences) to enable visibility and accountability across regionsDrive end-to-end program flow-ensuring processes are simple, scalable, and executed consistentlyIdentify operational gaps and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency and participant experienceData Insights & AnalyticsPartner with Program Managers to define and operationalize a focused set of program performance metrics and KPIsDesign, build, and maintain clear, decision-oriented dashboards to support business and program leadershipTranslate data into actionable insights, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities for improvementUse data to inform decisions on program effectiveness, hiring outcomes, and participant experienceSystems & Data ManagementServe as the functional lead for early career program systems, including Workday Development Program tools, ensuring strong data integrity and system usabilityAct as a key liaison across Digital Technology, HR Operations, and program teams to improve system performance and integrationSimplify how systems are used-reducing manual work, inconsistencies, and duplicationEnsure accurate and reliable data flows across recruiting, onboarding, and program management processes Project ManagementLead execution of early career initiatives and projects, from initial scoping through implementation and measurementAlign stakeholders, define clear deliverables, and drive accountability to ensure timely outcomesManage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, global environmentSupport change adoption by ensuring new processes and tools are implemented effectivelyContinuous Improvement (Lean)Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes across the early career ecosystemLead targeted improvement efforts (including Lean/Kaizen where appropriate) to eliminate inefficienciesPartner with stakeholders to move from short-term fixes to sustainable, scalable solutionsEnsure improvements are embedded into ongoing ways of workingStakeholder Coordination & EnablementAct as a central connector across Program Managers, recruiting teams, HR partners, and business stakeholdersProvide clarity on roles, processes, and expectations across a highly matrixed environmentSupport program leaders with the tools, data, and structure needed to run programs effectivelyBuild strong, trust-based relationships to enable progress without direct authorityRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR operations, program management, operations, or a data-related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills)Strong analytical capability with the ability to synthesize data and articulate clear implicationsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a matrixed environmentDemonstrated experience managing projects and improving processes (Lean or similar methodologies preferred)Experience in a global, matrixed industrial or technology organizationFamiliarity with HR systems and tools, particularly WorkdayCore CompetenciesSolutions-Oriented: Able to bring structure to ambiguity and focus on the most critical problems to solveExecution-Focused: Drives work forward with discipline, ownership, and follow-throughData-Driven: Uses data to inform decisions, identify trends, and improve outcomesCollaborative Influencer: Builds alignment and drives progress across stakeholders without direct authorityAdaptable & Curious: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a continuous learning mindsetAdditional InformationGE Vernova offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
