Job Description Summary The Lead TA Partner is responsible for providing strategic recruitment support throughout the hiring processes, partnering with designated client groups to identify and fill open positions. This role focuses on driving the recruitment strategy, sourcing high quality candidates, and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process to meet the talent needs of the organization. As a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, the Lead TA Partner develops long-term talent acquisition strategies, influences high-level hiring decisions, leads negotiations for critical hires and mentor other recruiters. They are an expert in sourcing, candidate screening, negotiating, and building a robust candidate pipeline using sophisticated methodologies and oversee key performance metrics to align recruitment with business goals. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Recruit: Develop and execute hiring strategy for high-complexity, high-visibility roles across the function. Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using advanced sourcing tools, techniques, and methodologies. Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, equitable, and delivers a positive candidate experience. Be a subject matter expert in area of recruitment through knowledge of market trends, talent availability data and a strong understanding of GEV business partner needs. Drive strategic recruitment initiatives that align with organizational goals and leadership priorities. Lead and negotiate complex offers, ensuring alignment with business needs and market conditions. Champion the company’s employer brand both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Advise & Lead: Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and hiring needs. Influence senior leadership on the adoption of recruitment strategies, market trends, and compensation structures. Mentor and coach other recruiters, advising on best practices across the recruitment function. Innovate & Continuous Learning: Use and champion a Lean methodology in your daily work in line with set KPIs, identify areas for continuous improvement and managing requisitions with the highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity. Participate in projects, implement best practices, act as change champion for peers, and help improve the overall talent acquisition function. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experience 8+ years’ experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, immigration support and export control positions. 3+ years of experience recruiting for engineering, PhD level candidates as well as emerging technologies such as AI, Software and Robotics. Experience in change management and process implementation. Experience with HR and recruitment tools such as Workday or other ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, Tableau, AI bots (ie: ChatGPT). Desired Work experience on the Industrial/Energy sector. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and influence change. Advanced story telling with data and trend information. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, especially in high stakes offers. Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching junior recruiters. In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks. Experience in both Corporate and agency recruiting environments is preferred. The base pay range for this position is $92,900 - 154,700 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus.
