Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility in Humble, TX. This role is responsible for managing inventory, tooling, and equipment using SAP and ServiceMax systems, ensuring accurate tracking, calibration, and certification. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including material receipt, QA/QC inspection coordination, and dispatch preparation. Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Utilize SAP and ServiceMax to manage tooling/equipment:: • * Create and manage tooling / equipment IDs • Track and update tooling location and incoming inspection after returns from site • Track and update inventory levels • Manage calibration and certification records for equipment • Receive incoming materials (parts and equipment) and coordinate QA/QC inspections • Maintain accurate inventory counts and records • Pull and prepare materials for shipment/dispatch to client sites • Operate forklift equipment (up to 10 Ton) safely and efficiently • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment • Collaborate with internal teams to support field service operations • Use Microsoft Windows-based programs for documentation and reporting • Facility management of the Houston Service Center 9in coordination with landlords) Qualifications: • Education: GED or higher • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in inventory and warehouse management • Proficient in SAP, ServiceMax, and Microsoft Windows-based applications • Experience with QA/QC processes and equipment certification • Valid forklift certification with experience operating 10 Ton forklifts • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: • Experience in a service or industrial equipment environment • Familiarity with tooling and calibration standards • Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes • Bilingual English, Spanish, French
