Full Description

Job Description Summary The Service Delivery Leader is the primary owner of the operational efforts impacting end user endpoints across Windows, Mac, mobile, and print devices at GE HealthCare. This role balances modern security requirements with the needs of a global, evolving workforce. GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Our mission is to improve lives in the moments that matter. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. Job Description We’re looking for a curious, data-driven leader who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and measurable outcomes. Success in this role means becoming a trusted partner representing the colleague endpoint experience by combining curiosity, data, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable improvements. You define and manage a focused set of endpoint KPIs and dashboards that clearly show service health, trends, and impact, and you use these insights to prioritize and drive initiatives that reduce incidents, improve performance, and enhance user satisfaction. You lead complex, global, cross-functional projects that land with tangible outcomes, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and turn ambiguous needs into clear roadmaps and backlogs. Over time, firefighting decreases, proactive improvements increase, and stakeholders see you as the go-to partner for a secure, reliable, and continuously improving endpoint environment. Responsibilities • Lead cross-functional initiatives with service, engineering, security, and customer teams to improve endpoint reliability, performance, and user experience. • Define, track, and continuously refine key service metrics (SLAs, SLOs, NPS, adoption, incident volume, MTTR) to guide decisions and demonstrate impact. • Use curiosity and structured problem-solving to investigate issues, challenge assumptions, and identify root causes and new opportunities. • Translate ambiguous or unstructured needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs. • Own the short-term roadmap and sprint planning for endpoint experience, ensuring work is ready, ordered, and aligned to business value. • Communicate service health, risks, and progress to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable way. • Mentor team members in critical thinking, metrics-driven decision making, and continuous improvement. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in IT Service Management); • 6 years’ experience leading cross-functional projects or programs in IT, endpoint management, or service delivery. • Proven ability to define, manage, and interpret operational metrics and dashboards to drive decisions. • Experience with ITSM practices and tools (e.g., ServiceNow) in a complex global environment. • Strong business acumen, with a track record of exploring alternative approaches and balancing risk, cost, and value. • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving alignment. We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership –always with unyielding integrity. Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities. Our salary and benefits are everything you’d expect from an organization with global strength and scale, and you’ll be surrounded by career opportunities in a culture that fosters care, collaboration, and support. #LI-BR3 #LI-Remote We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
