Role Summary/Purpose The role of the Senior Regional Product Manager, Radiopharma Cardiology at GE Healthcare (GEHC) will drive commercial success for GEHC’s cardiac imaging agent, Flyrcado (flurpiridaz F-18), which is used for Positron Emission Tomography (PET) myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) to detect coronary artery disease (CAD). The successful candidate will serve as the regional product expert while working cross functionally to execute regional strategy and define/represent the needs of the US market. Active collaboration with Business GM, Program Management and Franchise leadership will be imperative to delivering a well-rounded, effective strategic approach that drives customer adoption and leadership in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Region Product Management Functional Leadership Provide guidance, mentorship and support to team of regional product managers. Coordinate efforts across region product management team to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Foster collaboration and functional role development both within team of region product managers and cross-functionally. Product Launch and Product Lifecycle Collaborate with Global development teams to represent USCAN region in roadmap planning/execution for new product launches and expansions. With crossfunctional alignment lead development and execution of product launch strategy. Identify and align on product performance KPIs and recommend strategic adjustments to maximize impact. Regional Strategy and Execution Lead with a customer problem statement focus to support growth by introducing commercial solutions that solve complex problems and drive improved patient outcomes. Develop and execute annual product strategy and go-to-market plan to drive quota attainment, market share and business revenue. Collaborate to develop geographic expansion plan and pharmacy prioritization. Drive awareness and team alignment on competitive positioning and threats. Collaborate with sales, med affairs, market access, marketing and others to drive product growth. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Own relationship with global product teams and demonstrate product expertise for the region. Build relationships with and help support positive relationship management with KOLs to support regional business and roadmap execution. Serve as region leader for customer escalations, supply chain communication, customer satisfaction resolution, and other technical issues. Crossfunctional and collaborative leader that solves customer problems and drives organizational alignment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field or 5+ years experience in product management, marketing or commercial role; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects to shape vision and commercial strategy. Willingness to travel within the region as needed. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles in the pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, and regional healthcare systems. Familiarity with regional regulatory and reimbursement landscapes. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $168,000.00-$252,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
