Job Description Summary Position Description Summary We are seeking a creative, detail oriented, transformation agent to provide leadership and partner in an advisory capacity with sales, key cross functional business partners and stakeholders to deliver programs and process improvements that enhance sales productivity, improve the customer experience and accelerate our end-to-end sales cycle. The person filling this role will deeply understand all elements of the sales process, systems and tools, and the experience of our sales organizations, to inform and shape go forward programs that will drive growth, acceleration and scalability for our business. Job Description Responsibilities for this influential role include: Identify, Assess, Plan Optimization Efforts: • Become immersed in the business and conduct productivity assessments to identify areas of opportunity, understand potential impact, and partner cross-functionally to prioritize a roadmap for improvements • Analyze and refine E2Esales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement tool strategies that align with sales process priorities and improve seller efficiency and effectiveness • Design, implement, and operationalize standardized processes for greater efficiency and scalability. • Own project requirements documentation including process flows and any other assets used to collect, manage, and provide transparency into project objectives. • Implement best practices and tools to streamline sales activities and enhance productivity. • Define, set benchmarks and improve sales force effectiveness metrics • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. • Serve as a thought leader to identify and recommend sales tools, best practices and solutions • Work closely with sales marketing, IT, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Drive Systems, Tools, Process Evolution • Act as a subject matter expert, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our customer master data, sales process, pricing and quoting processes, and other related tools • Lead the identification and continuous improvement of productivity systems, including CRM, enablement platforms, CPQ/CRM processes, Marketing/lead management and cross-functional handoffs. • Prioritize and manage continuous CRM enhancements in conjunction with the Salesforce Administrator and related teams. • Support efficient user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate and deliver changes. • Serve as an agent for quick reference to process questions, and conduit for feedback. • Analyze adoption data, usage trends, and performance metrics using Excel, PowerBI and Tableau to generate actionable insights. Enable Sales Effectiveness & Acceleration • Deliver clear value messages to sales / end users around changes/enhancements and new technology • Ensure adoption and consistency in usage across the effective use of technology to enhance sales processes and data management • Support the design and delivery of tool, process and feature updates to the sales team in partnership with the Sales Training organization • Partner with sales and training to ensure an optimized onboarding experience related to sales tools and process through effective training materials; ensure information is regularly updated, archived, and organized, and participate in the delivery of training where needed • Maintain process documentation/work instructions and drive updates / reinforcement of best practices through key communications assets. • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, mathematics or a related field; MBA preferred. • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement/effectiveness, planning functions • Demonstrated background partnering with leadership to affect change and drive business results / outcomes • Ability to effectively diagnose / assess situations, data, opportunities and construct a plan to manage them • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong familiarity with sales process, methodologies, strategies • Know what best in class sales structure, process and methodologies look like • Have the passion to drive transformation and change • Project / program management skills • Proficiency in sales technology and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing software etc. (Salesforce, PowerBI, Vericent, SAP, Anaplan etc.) We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $108,200.00-$162,300.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
