Job Description Summary As the Associate Inside Sales Representative, you will be assigned to a specific market and will partner with internal Key Account Managers, Clinical Specialists and external Radiology/Cardiology Clinical Leaders, supply chain, and Pharmacy to drive funnel creation, increase visibility, and ultimately increase market share across all Contrast Media products. In this role, the Associate Inside Sales Representative (ASR) will enhance their product training, business acumen, and selling skills, while gaining a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. By receiving structured training, development, mentorship, and hands-on experience, the ASR role aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their careers and develop into an outside Sales role. Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world. Job Description • Responsibilities include: • Calling on outpatient and acute care settings to expand education of our Contrast Media portfolio while working and engaging with Strategic Directors, Key Account Managers, and Contrast Media Clinical Specialists to maximize and uncover revenue opportunities. • Utilize data analytics to uncover growth opportunities • Drive visibility in assigned territory to include but not limited to cold calling, customer canvasing, collaboration with all sales functions • Support the Contrast Media Clinical Specialist in assigned geography on sales activities and campaigns to drive growth • Accountable for owning accurate forecasting in assigned geography. • Develop customer relationships ensuring strong partnership and understanding of customer’s needs. • Deliver on annual sales operating plan. • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. • May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $47,200.00-$70,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
