Job Description Summary GE Healthcare Enterprise Change Management (ECM) At GE HealthCare, we are launching an Enterprise Change Management program to strengthen change capability and resilience, driving colleague engagement, adoption, and stronger returns from our strategic initiatives. We are establishing a common, enterprise-wide change management standard, which is critical to improving adoption, accelerating transformation, and ensuring execution keeps pace with our ambition. The Change Program Manager will play a critical role in orchestrating and enabling one of GE HealthCare’s most important enterprise initiatives as a part of the ECM Core Team. Reporting directly to the Executive HR Leader for ECM, this role blends strong program management rigor with organizational change expertise to accelerate delivery, strengthen adoption, and drive measurable value across the company. This individual contributor role will support several high priority “Big Rock” initiatives, partnering closely with change practitioners, HR leaders, initiative leaders, and cross-functional teams across GEHC globally. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise program management experience, the ability to influence without authority, and a passion for enabling new ways of working. Job Description Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Initiative Support Manage the multi-year execution roadmap, progress tracking and sustainment of GEHC’s Enterprise Change Management effort. ECM comprises change management of our 12 ‘Big Rocks’ and other strategic high priority enterprise initiatives, each with its own Executive Sponsor and Initiative Leader and Change Practitioner. Support change practitioners of each project in onboarding, structuring, and coaching project teams to ensure clarity, progress, and alignment. Ensure initiative change plans are realistic, resourced appropriately, and executed with discipline and consistency using Prosci ADKAR methodology. Track and manage interdependencies across initiatives, identifying risks and resolving impediments quickly. Report progress, escalate decisions when necessary, and maintain transparency with senior leadership. Organizational Change & New Ways of Working In partnership with the Executive ECM leader, serve as a change leader who brings together and facilitates exchange of learning, insights and best practices across GEHC’s change practitioner community of practice Conduct change readiness assessments and pulse checks on ECM project to understand adoption, sentiment, and barriers to execution. Promote simplicity, focusing on what matters most and reducing complexity wherever possible. Value, People, Process & Technology Collaboration Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure change initiatives: Create measurable change value, with clear baselines and tracking mechanisms. Engage and inspire teams, building momentum and reinforcing new standards of performance on change management to fully deliver on our business objectives. Mitigate risks early, using structured methods and integrated planning. Leverage technology effectively, aligning with roadmaps, systems, and operating models needed for success. Coordinate across all key change workstreams to ensure enterprise-level alignment and consistency on application of our one consistent change model and methodology. Facilitation, Insights & Executive Communication Facilitate brainstorming sessions, leadership information/training session, ideation activities, and design work to help teams identify meaningful solutions. Help synthesize team outputs, risks, and recommendations into clear, executive-ready materials. Maintain ECM project dashboards, action plan/s, operating rhythms, and performance metrics/KPIs to support informed decision-making. Develop and draft presentations for senior leadership and Executive Sponsors. Support the roll out of ECM Communications Plan. Required Qualifications Minimum of 8+ years of experience leading large-scale programs, enterprise initiatives, or complex organizational improvements. Demonstrated success driving operational, commercial, or cross-functional change management in Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Services, Digital, or P&L environments. Strong program management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and workstreams in a matrixed environment. Experience in Change Management, Organizational Development (OD), Organizational Effectiveness (OE), or talent/people-cantered disciplines preferred. Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills; able to lead without formal authority. Strong business acumen with the ability to distill complex issues into clear insights. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making. Bachelor’s degree required. Desired Qualities/ Qualifications Ability to simplify, focus on essentials, and cut through complexity. Comfortable operating in highly dynamic, fast-moving environments. Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. Adaptive and able to coordinate across diverse global stakeholders. Strong listener with curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. Analytical ability and at least intermediate level skills with data and use of AI (ChatGpT, MS Co-Pilot). For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $142,400.00-$213,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
