Job Description Summary As the Bone & Metabolic Health (BMH) Product Manager, you will have accountability for product, business, and broad modality objectives. The role will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning of the business, manage complex issues within BMH functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy and growth of the BMH modality in the US and Canada. Job Description Role & Responsibilities: The role will contribute to the BMH USCAN organization in the following ways: own and manage the current products in the BMH portfolio for the USCAN region, act as the pivot point between the SBU marketing, product and engineering teams to the region, contribute heavily to BMH regional price setting and promotions, own product placement and mix in the region, facilitate product training for the BMH sales teams, project manage implementation of new product introductions as needed, manage the tradeshows for the region and attend tradeshows, be the authority on the BMH products for USCAN from a technical and commercial perspective, drive KOL and show site development. The role will develop and use in depth knowledge of product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. This role will be responsible for understanding market dynamics for the BMH product, customer buying preferences of the Bone and Metabolic Health market space, and understand the clinical use cases for the product, deliver quarterly reports as needed on volume, margin, mix and market share to business leadership. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; will be responsible to understand competition, the competitive products landscape, and the factors that differentiate them in the market Uses sound judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions. Other specific product management related duties or other duties as needed and as required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED or at least 6 years of experience in similar sales or marketing type function. Willingness to travel 25%+ nationally Desired Characteristics: Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Preference for a candidate who live in Milwaukee, WI. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $112,800.00-$169,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
