Job Description Job Description: As a Product Manager on the CareIntellect Product Management team, you will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of AI‑enabled healthcare operations and care‑coordination capabilities within CareIntellect for Operations. You will work on products that help health system leaders access insights faster, reduce cognitive burden, and act with confidence—often through new interaction paradigms and intelligent workflows. This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, data platforms, and applied AI. Success is measured not by feature output alone, but by decision quality, workflow adoption, and operational impact. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Discovery Define and evolve product strategy and roadmaps for CareIntellect capabilities, including AI‑powered insight delivery, conversational interfaces, and operational intelligence aligned to health system priorities. Lead problem discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, and field engagement—focusing on real operational and clinical pain points rather than assumed needs. Frame product opportunities with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and decision criteria to enable fast, high‑quality investment decisions. AI & Conversational Product Development Own end‑to‑end product definition for AI‑driven features Partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to define: User intent and workflows Guardrails, explainability, and responsible‑AI boundaries Scope boundaries (e.g., insight surfacing vs. decision automation) Translate ambiguous AI capabilities into clear, testable product requirements, PRDs, and phased roadmaps. Execution & Cross‑Functional Leadership Collaborate daily with engineering, UX, data science, clinical SMEs, regulatory, privacy, and quality partners across the full product lifecycle. Manage product backlogs, prioritize tradeoffs, and participate actively in agile ceremonies—ensuring work remains aligned to customer value and regulatory constraints. Support internal and external demos, sprint reviews, and executive readouts with crisp narratives focused on impact and risk. Validation, Launch, & Iteration Define and track leading and lagging indicators of success (e.g., insight usage, time‑to‑decision, trust signals, workflow adoption). Partner with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to shape positioning, enablement, and customer communication—especially for AI features that require clear expectation‑setting. Continuously incorporate customer feedback, usage data, and market signals to refine product direction. Compliance & Healthcare Context Ensure products are designed and positioned in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and internal responsible‑AI principles, with clear boundaries around clinical decision support. Bring strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and enterprise healthcare IT ecosystems into product decisions. Qualifications Required 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare software, digital health, or data/AI‑enabled enterprise products. Demonstrated experience leading ambiguous, zero‑to‑one or early‑stage products, including discovery, validation, and phased delivery. Strong ability to translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear product narratives and decisions. Experience working in agile product teams with design, engineering, and data partners. Preferred Experience with AI/ML‑enabled products, conversational interfaces, or decision‑support systems. Familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, EMR‑adjacent products, or regulated medical software environments. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $134,320.00-$201,480.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
