Job Description Summary This role will be focused on managing PLM implementation for Digital Core. Ensures the successful, end-to-end delivery of a program or project through upfront client engagement. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required. As Program Manager for the PLM Transformation Program, you'll drive modernization efforts that include process standardization and adoption, business value realization, master data cleanup and robust data governance. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Ensures successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones. Involved in projects prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification. Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation. Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work. Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision. May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of experience in IT, Digital Technology Program Management or related experience Experience working within Oracle Desired Qualifications Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Experience managing large-scale PLM system implementations (PTC Windchill or Dassault 3D Experience), including leading PLM implementation with concurrent enterprise programs (e.g. ERP upgrades, Master Data Management & Digital Thread initiatives, compliance efforts) In depth understanding of PLM systems (e.g., PTC Windchill/Enovia), including architectures, data models, and integration strategies Hands-on experience in planning and executing phased rollouts of enterprise systems aligned with product lines / business units Applied experience with data migration strategies and tools for transitioning large enterprise systems We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership –always with unyielding integrity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
