Job Description Key Responsibilities Include: Develop strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service lines: Radiology, Cardiology, Oncology, OR & Women’s Health Self-motivated sales professional with a tenacious, positive attitude to deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets. Maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales. Specialize in – and be willing to regularly learn, digest and utilize - diagnostic imaging product knowledge in MRI, XR, CT, Interventional Radiology & Cardiology, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine & PET-CT. Drive funnel growth for radiology and cardiology imaging modalities. Prospect in person and by phone for new opportunities and move deals through sales stages: Qualify, Quoting, Opportunity Management, Territory Management and Service strategy alignment Qualifications/Requirements : Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years selling experience OR an associate degree with a minimum of 5 years selling experience OR a high school diploma with a minimum of 10 years selling experience Must live in or close the territory of San Bernardino Riverside Area Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language Ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team Strong presentation and relationship building skills Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages Excellent negotiation & closing skills Valid motor vehicle license Must be willing to live within the territory You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the Healthcare industry Proven experience and success selling diagnostic imaging products Technical Imaging product knowledge Desire to learn and adapt to win in an evolving environment Excellent computer and analytical skills Strong understanding on the US Healthcare system and buying groups We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership –always with unyielding integrity. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $82,800.00-$124,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
