Job Description Summary The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing our competitive positioning by analyzing lost bids for parts orders from Luminary Customers in the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) sector. This role focuses on identifying and sourcing alternative suppliers to enable more competitive pricing strategies, with the goal of securing future business opportunities. Job Description Key responsibilities/essential functions include: Analyze bid outcomes to identify pricing gaps and opportunities for improvement. Source and evaluate alternative suppliers to support cost-effective pricing strategies. Develop and implement pricing models that increase bid win rates while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of replacement part orders. Align pricing strategies with market trends and customer expectations to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of pricing decisions and supplier performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Participate in LEAN workouts and apply LEAN principles to streamline daily processes and drive sustainable improvements. Generate and analyze reports using Excel to effectively prioritize and manage workload in alignment with delivery timelines and business expectations. Meet or exceed established goals and metrics as defined by the leadership team. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or local equivalent. Parts logistics and global systems understanding Demonstrated Team player Experience with Service Now / Nuvolo CRM Experience with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, procurement, or supply chain management (preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in Excel and pricing or ERP systems. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
