Job Description Summary This Global Leadership Development Leader will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing and launching learning offerings that supports global change management curriculum for GE HealthCare in partnership with key stakeholders across all regions, functions, and segments. • This position can be based remotely within the U.S. with the ability to travel domestically & globally (approx. 20-30%) GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: • Ownership of change management development learning focus areas • Conceptualize, design, curate and develop portfolio of offerings for global audiences. • Facilitate virtually and/or face-to-face to global audiences. • Design and develop customized toolkits, micro-learnings, instructional guides and job aides to support on-the-job learning. • Oversee consistency of delivery for portfolio of offerings when delivered for regional / functional audiences. • Evaluate impact and effectiveness of offerings to meet organizational objectives. • Ensure learning experiences incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design principles. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Finance, Culture & Belonging…) to create global learning solutions for the organization. • Collaborate with other learning development members to create consistent / complementary offerings globally. • Collaborate with selected training vendor(s) and manage relationships to support individual and team offerings and learning pathways. • Manage budget and timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. • Design and facilitate intact team interventions to enhance team effectiveness. • Support and enable the growth of a learning culture and desired leadership behaviors through leadership development offerings. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 9+ years of professional experience • 5+ years of leadership development experience (design and delivery) • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20-30% of the time • Experience / expertise in learning design, adult learning principles, group/team facilitation • Foundational knowledge of change management concepts Desired Characteristics: • Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent • Experimentation with applying AI in daily work • Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong experience working in virtual environment • Demonstrated ability to influence others and accomplish goals within matrixed environment • High level of organization, time management skills, ability to work both collaboratively as well as independently • Excellent decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to analyze problems. • Knowledge of instructional design and learning technology platforms that support training initiatives • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong business acumen • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects, including budget responsibility • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Passion for culture and ensuring customer satisfaction • Experience working in a multi-cultural/global environment • Demonstrated accountability • Certification in change management, self/team-awareness tools (MBTI/DISC/Colors/SDI), and/or team health assessments We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $142,400.00-$213,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
