Requires 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS operations, strong leadership, and understanding of SaaS delivery models, with a preference for an MBA.
Job Description: • Own the integration workstream for all aspects of professional services, support, customer success, and operating model transformation. • Translate deal value drivers into a clear integration strategy, milestones, outcomes, and KPIs. • Lead integration planning and day-to-day execution of program tasks across all sub workstreams. • Identify and anticipate risks, develop and implement mitigation plans. • Structure an effective change management program with external support. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations, business, or equivalent; MBA preferred. • 8-12+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record leading enterprise software services & support operations. • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software delivery models. • Experience with quote to invoice software sales and services processes. • Influential leadership style with proven ability to build trust. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
