Full Description

Job Description: • Responsible for execution of laboratory and field validation testing, inspection and data acquisition for use in the design and validation of products and services • Responsible for design and construction of test facilities, instrumentation systems and the development of test software • Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline • Serves as best practice/quality resource • Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area • Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering • Takes new perspective on existing solutions • Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience • May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements Requirements: • This role requires significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Testing • Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) • Strong Planning and Project Management Skills • Ability to effectively navigate a matrixed organization • Previous experience in similar environment Benefits: • Relocation Assistance Provided: No
