Full Description

Description: • Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers and within departments according to production schedules • Plan and schedule material/production needs • Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs • Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs • Optimize inventory and process improvements • Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services • Leads others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years planning, materials experience or related supply chain experience) • Minimum of 5 years planning, materials or related supply chain experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Benefits: • Healthcare benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage • Access to a Health Coach from GE Aerospace • Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services • Retirement benefits include the GE Aerospace Retirement Savings Plan, a 401(k) savings plan with company matching contributions and company retirement contributions • Access to Fidelity resources and planning consultants • Tuition assistance • Adoption assistance • Paid parental leave • Disability insurance • Life insurance • Paid time-off for vacation or illness
