Job Description: • Co-develop & implement processes relating to readiness and capacity with airfoils castings suppliers • Lead the implementation of processes with specific airfoils casting suppliers ensuring cadence and proactive problem solving • Ensure understanding of current state and a plan to meet global requirements as demand increases over a rolling 3-year window • Develop joint operating rhythms with priority suppliers; establish technical and executive escalation pathways • Lead detailed capability and capacity assessments covering wholistic supplier value stream • Align on capacity investments (tooling/dies, furnaces/presses, NDE assets) • Coordinate with S&OP and Program teams to translate demand signals into firm capacity plans • Own capacity readiness to long range forecasts • Communicate supplier’s constraints to be incorporated in S&OP rhythms to respond to demand changes • Build and mentor a high-performing supplier readiness team with deep casting process knowledge • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making • Improve SQDC performance with a focus on OTD, FPY, lead time, past dues, and cost adherence Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management Benefits: • Healthcare benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage • Access to a Health Coach • A 24/7 nurse-based resource • Access to the Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services • Retirement benefits include the GE Retirement Savings Plan • A tax-advantaged 401(k) savings opportunity with company matching contributions and company retirement contributions • Access to Fidelity resources and planning consultants • Tuition assistance • Adoption assistance • Paid parental leave • Disability insurance • Life insurance • Paid time-off for vacation or illness
