Job Description: • Join our dynamic Operations and Innovation team and support ongoing strategic initiatives and multiple Wellness programs for LTC policyholders. • Research, analyze, and synthesize information to quantify business opportunities. • Develop/support project plans and partner with internal and external business partners. • Monitor KPIs for established Wellness programs. • Summarize and present analysis results and program updates for management. • Establish strong partnerships with key business area leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a focus on analytics such as finance, accounting, or mathematics • 3+ years' work experience, ideally in business strategy, project management, consulting, operations, or communications • Skilled in crafting and delivering simple and effective communications to keep management informed and to obtain support on any recommendations • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • A deep interest in problem-solving, and exceptional attention to detail Benefits: • Great work environment • Professional development • Challenging careers • Competitive compensation
