Job Description: • Establish strong partnership with key business and HR Leaders across multiple business segments and P&Ls • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to the team • Design and implement a lean, cost-effective Talent Acquisition organizational structure that delivers strategic results • Inspire, develop, and retain exceptional leaders to maintain a high-performing, world-class team • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy designed to meet current and future needs of the business • Partner cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet business recruiting goals • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, guiding them on hiring strategies, market trends, and workforce planning • Drive innovative talent sourcing strategies to build a robust global talent pipeline • Coach and support Talent Acquisition teams on lean operating principles and methodologies • Facilitate Talent Acquisition operating cadence for technology function • Utilize data analytics to identify gaps, analyze trends, and implement countermeasures for hiring success • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across regions • Leverage industry best practices and technical recruiting expertise to continually improve the global recruitment strategy • Align to global recruitment standards, drive simplification, and optimize technology to enhance delivery and stakeholder experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated recruitment expertise and leadership experience • Extensive recruiting domain expertise and leadership experience • Proven ability to build trust and drive strong relationships across diverse organizations • Track record of driving results and ensuring accountability and performance across teams • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with C-Suite executives and present data clearly • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform strategy and decision-making • Demonstrated ability to influence change and negotiate effectively • Global project/program management experience in complex organizational structures • Willingness to travel as needed Benefits: • Healthcare benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage • Access to a Health Coach from GE Aerospace • Employee Assistance Program, which provides 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services • GE Aerospace Retirement Savings Plan • 401(k) savings plan with company matching contributions and company retirement contributions • Access to Fidelity resources and planning consultants • Tuition assistance • Adoption assistance • Paid parental leave • Disability insurance • Life insurance • Paid time-off for vacation or illness
