Gdtalent limited is representing a client that is revolutionizing corporate learning and development with its innovative microlearning platform. They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for large organizations, focusing on converting high-intent signals into enterprise opportunities and managing long-cycle enterprise deals. Responsibilities • Own Pipeline Creation • Convert High-Intent Signals into Enterprise Opportunities • Run Rigorous, Business-Outcome Discovery • Execute Multi-Threaded Deal Cycles • Manage Long-Cycle Enterprise Deals • Coordinate Internally Skills • Senior enterprise seller who can own the full sales cycle for large organizations. • Fluent in formal sales methodologies. • Comfortable engaging with executives. • Strong at mapping business pain to outcomes. • Experience in full-cycle, strategic, multi-threaded enterprise sales. • Successful seller of SaaS into HR, L&D, Sales Enablement, or adjacent enterprise functions. • Proven history closing $50k–150k+ ACV deals. • Experience owning full-cycle enterprise motions with multi-stakeholder committees. • Formal training in MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger, or similar methodology. • Strong in qualification, deal strategy, mutual action plans, and forecasting. • Skilled at engaging CLOs, VPs of L&D, HR executives, IT, and procurement. • Strong storytelling ability around business outcomes and strategic impact. • Able to craft differentiated value propositions for multiple stakeholders across the business. • Capable of reframing L&D initiatives in terms of performance, productivity, revenue, or efficiency. • Proven ability to reach the true economic buyer even when starting in L&D. • Ability to engage Sales, Revenue Enablement, Operations, or CS leaders who feel the underlying pain and influence budget. • Able to quickly map org structures and create targeted account plans. • Comfortable interpreting PLG signals and product usage to inform outreach. • Fluent in enterprise procurement, security reviews, and contract negotiation. • Strong deal hygiene and forecasting discipline. • Generates pipeline without dependence on inbound. • Capable of operating in a dynamic environment where processes and enterprise capabilities are evolving.
