This position contributes to the efficient execution of complex program activities by tracking project status,monitoringactions, preparing executive-level materials, and coordinating key communications. The role requiresexceptional organization,strong communicationskills, and the ability to handlesensitive or confidential information with discretion. The Senior Program Analystensures leadership has theinformation, documentation, and insightsrequiredto maketimelydecisions that advance programobjectives. This role involvescoordinating across multiple program teams,maintainingstructured documentation repositories, and ensuring that all materials produced areaccurate, polished, andexecutive-ready. This role is hybrid with 3 days onsite in Washington, DC. Work visa sponsorship will not be considered for this role. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: • Support Executive VA leadershipwith executive-level materials, such assummaries, issue reports, decisions, placemats, and briefing documents. • Brief executive-level materials prepared in pre-meetings and, as requested, executive-level meetings. • Managesensitiveandconfidential actionsin alignment with VA policies and procedures. • Tracking project status and coordinating updates across program teams. • Prepare, route, and trackcorrespondence and taskers; ensuretimelycompletion and follow-through. • Coordinatemeetinglogistics, agendas, read-ahead materials, and follow-up actions. • Research and collectdata, documents, and referencesto support senior-level decision-making. • Ensure all written materials areaccurate, well-structured, and tailored forsenior executive consumption. • Maintain organized, reliabledocumentation repositoriesthat support transparency and auditability. • Track actions through completion, ensuring accountability and visibility for Executive VA leadership. Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's degree and5+ years of progressiveproject or program managementexperience • 3+ years of progressive experience inpreparing executive-level briefing materials, executivecommunications,and project task management • Experience building strong, trustbased relationships with senior stakeholders • Provenorganizational and coordination skillsto support Senior Executive Service (SES) staff • Experience preparingexecutive-level materialsand correspondence • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Desired Skills and Experience: • Experience being client-facing • Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting governmentFront Office, senior leadership, or executive-level operations • Familiarity withenterprise healthcare,federal programs, ortechnical program environments #EHR #GDITFedHealthJobs The likely salary range for this position is $104,550 - $141,450. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
