Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, with at least 1 year of construction management experience.

The Opportunity: As Estimator/Project Manager, you will work closely with senior management to ensure that company goals and missions are met. What we offer: • Corporate Culture is based on integrity, respect accountability and excellence • A competitive base salary, bonus compensation reflecting performance and a truck allowance • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance • 401K Program with up to 3% company match • Training with numerous learning and development opportunities to managerial positions Sales and Estimating: • Responsible for following the Bid Schedule • Follow bidding and selling practices established by the company. • Set-up and Start-up phase of each project. • Maintain Bidding Activity of a minimum of 3 jobs per week. • Close contracts on projects bid Project Management: • Approve all vendor invoices of purchases for jobs under contract. • Coordinate customer relations and requests. • Personally coordinate any technically difficult installations. • Complete Job Set-up and Start-up functions on jobs sold • Manage and oversee contract administration from negotiation What you need to succeed: • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or a related field • Construction management or related industry experience required • Construction estimating/bidding experience preferred As a committed equal opportunity employer who strictly maintains a drug-free workplace, the company conducts pre-employment criminal, drug, and social security screening.
