Role Overview: As a Senior Field Services Support Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless installation, configuration, and maintenance of communication systems and related electronic equipment. This position blends remote troubleshooting with hands-on, on-site service to support our clients' operational needs. What You'll Do: - You will install and configure communication systems, servers, and workstations to meet client specifications. - You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deployments and upgrades. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of equipment and repairs. - You will provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and clients. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in field services support, preferably in communications systems. - You possess strong technical skills in installing and maintaining servers, workstations, and electronic communication equipment. - You have excellent problem-solving abilities and can work independently in both remote and on-site environments. - You demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - You hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with VoIP systems and network infrastructure. - Familiarity with cloud-based communication platforms. - Previous experience in a senior or lead technician role. - Additional certifications in electronics or IT support.
