This position blends remote troubleshooting with hands-on, on-site service to provide comprehensive technical support to our clients. What You'll Do: - You will install, configure, and maintain communication systems, servers, and workstations to ensure optimal performance. - You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on electronic equipment to minimize downtime. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues both remotely and on-site. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades and new deployments. - You will document service activities, configurations, and technical procedures accurately. - You will provide training and technical guidance to junior technicians and clients. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. - You will manage inventory and coordinate logistics for field service operations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services support, preferably in communications systems. - Strong technical knowledge of servers, workstations, and electronic communication equipment. - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in complex environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for on-site support. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent. - Experience with VoIP systems and network infrastructure. - Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools. - Background in training or mentoring junior staff.
