Construction Company is a General Contractor. We specialize in interior renovation, restoration and new building construction in the New York metropolitan area. Company has been in business for over 30 years. We are seeking for a full-time Female Office Assistant. (New York Resident Only) An Office Assistant will be responsible for followings: Provide clerical support by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing office correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.). Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, both physical and digital. Handle filing, scanning, and data entry. Monitor and replenish office supplies, place orders, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized. Make entries of bank and credit card transactions in Quickbooks. Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. Required Skills - MS Office ( Word, Excel) Preferred Skills: - Quickbooks and General Accounting knowledge Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
