Location We are hiring for this role to be based out of our Provo, Utah office. Our team works in-office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. About the Role As our Executive Assistant and Office Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our CRO and CMO productive and our Utah office running smoothly. You'll support these leaders while owning day-to-day office operations. This is a multifaceted role perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, anticipates needs, and enjoys both strategic support and practical tasks. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive administrative support to CRO/CMO, including complex calendar management, scheduling meetings across time zones, and coordinating internal/external stakeholders Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reports, and reimbursements with accuracy and efficiency Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, events, and follow up on action items Serve as the primary office administrator for our Utah location: manage office supplies, vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and workspace organization Coordinate office events, team offsites, lunches, and visitor logistics to foster a positive and productive environment Assist with onboarding new hires in the Utah office, including setup of workstations, access credentials, and local orientation Screen and prioritize communications (email, phone, Slack) on behalf of executives, responding or routing as appropriate Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and supporting high-stakes projects Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc tasks to support company growth and operational needs What You’ve Done 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, office coordinator, or similar role (experience in a startup, tech, or fast-paced environment is a plus) Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive mindset: you anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and follow through without being asked Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and polished in all interactions Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote-aware company with some in-office presence required Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred Enthusiastic about AI and legal tech, a curiosity about our mission is a big plus!
