Role Overview: As a Project Manager at GBG, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of projects that enhance digital identity verification and data intelligence solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects align with business goals to support our mission of digital trust and security. What You'll Do: - You will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, time, and budget requirements. - You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and collaboration. - You will manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. - You will monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and best practices. - You will support resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team performance. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in technology or data-driven environments. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. - Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in digital identity, data intelligence, or cybersecurity sectors. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards. - Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
