What You'll Do: - You will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, time, and budget requirements. - You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and collaboration. - You will identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies proactively. - You will monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout project lifecycles. - You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process enhancements. - You will manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks to optimize team productivity. - You will foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and accountability. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within technology or data-driven industries. - You possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. - You are proficient with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Trello. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You hold a relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in digital identity, data intelligence, or cybersecurity sectors. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to data privacy and security. - Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting. - Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
