What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in engineering operations or a related field, preferably within technology or software companies. - You possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. - You have excellent project management abilities and are proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. - You demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. - You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments. - You hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in identity data intelligence or digital security sectors. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices. - Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR or ISO certifications. - Experience with customer success or client-facing roles.
