What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a technology or engineering environment. - Strong understanding of customer engineering processes and project management methodologies. - Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in using data analytics tools and CRM software. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the identity data intelligence or digital security industry. - Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies. - Technical background in software engineering or IT infrastructure. - Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or operations management.
