What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a technology or engineering environment. - Strong understanding of customer engineering processes and project management methodologies. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with operational tools and software relevant to engineering operations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the identity data intelligence or digital security industry. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks. - Technical background in software engineering or related fields. - Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or operations management.
