Your focus will be on optimizing processes, driving operational excellence, and supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the daily operations of the customer engineering team to ensure efficient service delivery. - You will develop and implement operational strategies that enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve communication. - You will monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to inform decision-making. - You will identify and address operational risks and challenges proactively. - You will support the recruitment, training, and development of team members. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes. - You will act as a liaison between engineering teams and other departments to ensure alignment. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in engineering operations or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational excellence. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management and operational analytics tools. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
