What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in engineering operations or a related field, preferably within technology or software companies. - You possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams. - You have excellent project management abilities and are proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. - You demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and reporting. - You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in customer engineering or customer success operations. - Familiarity with identity data intelligence or digital security technologies. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices. - Experience working in a fast-paced, global technology environment.
