What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering operations or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record. - Excellent process optimization and project management abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with customer-focused technology solutions is preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the identity data intelligence or digital security industry. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools. - Technical background in software engineering or IT operations. - Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
