Role Overview: As the Customer Engineering Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our customer engineering teams. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, driving operational excellence, and supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the daily operations of the customer engineering team to ensure efficient service delivery. - You will develop and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering operations with business goals. - You will monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track operational effectiveness. - You will identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain service quality. - You will support the recruitment, training, and development of team members. - You will drive the adoption of best practices and innovative tools within the team. - You will act as a liaison between engineering teams and other departments to facilitate communication and project coordination. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering operations or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record. - Excellent process optimization and project management abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with customer-focused technology solutions is preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the identity data intelligence or digital security industry. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools. - Technical background in software engineering or IT operations. - Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
