What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a technology or engineering environment. - You possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. - You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - You are proficient in using operational tools and software, including CRM and project management platforms. - You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
