What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in engineering operations or a related field, preferably within technology or software companies. - You possess strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. - You have excellent project management and organizational abilities. - You are proficient in data analysis and performance metrics tracking. - You have strong communication skills, capable of liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - You are adept at problem-solving and process optimization. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in identity data intelligence or digital identity verification industries. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence. - Knowledge of compliance standards related to data security and privacy. - Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS operational management.
