We are seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer to manage, configure, and support Test and Integration environments. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems are stable, up to date, aligned with production, and available. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, troubleshooting ability, and strong collaboration skills. Active CBI-BI is Required. Key Responsibilities Configure, deploy, and maintain test and integration environments across multiple platforms (on-premises, virtual, cloud, containerized). Ensure environments closely mirror production for reliability and accurate testing results. Automate environment provisioning and deployment using scripting and automation tools. Collaborate with key stakeholders and infrastructure teams to understand infrastructure requirements and resolve issues. Manage data and databases, including refreshing, masking, and restoring as needed. Monitor the health and performance of environments, respond to incidents, and resolve outages quickly. Maintain detailed documentation of environment configurations, processes, and changes. Implement and maintain environment monitoring and logging tools. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to environment stability, automation, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and change management policies. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in system administration of Windows and/or Linux environments. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs). Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or PowerShell). Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and container solutions (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, etc.). Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, SVN). Basic database administration (SQL or NoSQL) and familiarity with test data management techniques. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Tenable Nessus, Nagios, Prometheus, ELK, etc.) is preferred. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Knowledge of IT security best practices. Familiarity with Agile/DevOps processes. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. EOE/ADA
