JOB DESCRIPTION Gauge Digital Media is seeking a strategic, experienced Client Success Coordinator who will serve as the bridge between our team and our clients. You will be Gauge’s face and ambassador. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring campaign performance meets expectations, retaining accounts, and transforming clients from satisfied customers into long-term advocates. This role oversees communication, campaign reviews, performance reporting, and proactive coordination between internal departments. RESPONSIBILITIES • Own the retention and satisfaction of an assigned client portfolio. • Conduct monthly and/or weekly calls with each assigned client. • Own client onboarding tasks and communication. • Build strong rapport with clients through proactive, timely communication. • Maintain outstanding follow-through and follow-up. • Identify risks early and address them before they become problems. • Anticipate client needs and support a frictionless customer experience. • Strengthen client confidence by educating them about ROI, strategy, and progress. • Keep clients excited, invested, and aligned with their marketing roadmap. • Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure client strategies are executed correctly and on time. • Provide accurate briefs and context so each department has what they need. • Identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Ensure ongoing active campaign management aligns with client goals and performance expectations. • Convert complex data into simple, strategic explanations the client can easily understand. • Become an digital marketing expert REQUIREMENTS: Soft Skills • Ability to simplify complex marketing, analytics, and technical concepts for clients. • Comfortable leading professional conversations via phone and Zoom on a daily/weekly basis. • Skilled at managing difficult conversations with diplomacy and clarity. • Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities. • Experience in creative/content agencies or organic marketing environments. • Ability to read client behavior, anticipate frustration, and resolve issues proactively. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong project management skills. • Effective time management and personal accountability. • Ability to keep projects, timelines, and deliverables on track with consistency. Technical Skills • Comfortable navigating major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, etc.). • Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning abilities. • Able to interpret performance data, diagnose problems, and make ROI-driven recommendations. • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools (ClickUp, reporting platforms, GHL, Zoom, note-takers). • Comfortable using Microsoft 365. • Proficient in Google Drive applications including Docs and Sheets. PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED) • Experience working in a digital marketing agency. • Familiarity with the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, etc.). • Strong storytelling skills for vision-seeding and strategy communication. • Ability to analyze recorded calls and identify quality issues or missed opportunities.
