About the position As a Showroom Admin, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our showroom while managing essential administrative functions for the branch. This role is critical to creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will handle customer interactions, order processing, scheduling, documentation, and maintain a professional showroom environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary customer contact, greeting and assisting showroom visitors. • Manage administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, record-keeping, reporting, cashbox reconciliation, etc. • Create and fulfil customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail. • Maintain organized inventory records and product documentation. • Manage showroom appearance, organization, and product displays. • Coordinate between departments to support branch operations. • Deliver exceptional service to all customers.
