What you will be doing • Assist platform clients in completing transactions and ensure customer satisfaction. • Communicate with platform clients through the work system and resolve any issues they encounter. • Follow up on information in the work group and maintain high-quality platform clients. • Collect the demands and opinions of platform clients, summarize and record them, and reflect the clients' needs to relevant departments. • Other tasks assigned by superiors. What we are looking for • Excellent communication skills, good expression ability and high emotional control ability, capable of calmly dealing with customer demands. • Strong learning ability, good at teamwork, and skilled at identifying problems in work and proposing improvement suggestions. • Candidates with P2P customer service experience background, understanding of foreign payment methods in P2P, and familiarity with appeal cases are preferred. • Language proficiency: Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate in writing with foreign users in English. • Possessing good logical thinking ability and communication skills, with strong flexibility. • Having a good sense of service and good stress resistance.
