You will be responsible for leading and managing integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth transitions during mergers or acquisitions. Your strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail contribute to the successful integration of operations. Your dedication to process optimization, fostering collaboration, and implementing standard operating procedures supports Gastro Health in achieving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Serves as the liaison between support center teammates, third-party delivery partners, and points of contact at the acquisition target to ensure that integration execution is organized, thoughtful and timely. Lead, facilitate and coordinate on-site operational assessments and gap analyses at acquisition targets; prepare and present deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders. Identify process improvement and M&A synergies; track, prioritize and introduce into integration timeline. Facilitate integration execution plan review at team meetings. Lead post-close practice stabilization efforts, including onboarding staff, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring service continuity. Oversee integration of clinical and administrative systems (EMR, practice management, scheduling, billing). Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, payer contracts, and credentialing throughout integration. Develop, refine, and enforce a standardized integration playbook covering people, process, and systems. Manage and monitor integration work plans using technology products including smart sheet, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams. Provide interim/transitional practice management support as needed. Participate & lead the advancement of a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives and process improvement activities during periods off-peak integration activity. Other duties as assigned. Travel domestically as needed, up to 50%. Minimum Requirements: 5-7 years in physician practice operations, multi-site management, or healthcare integration Strong knowledge of physician practice operations (front office, back office, revenue cycle, EMR workflows). Demonstrated success in change management and physician/staff engagement during acquisitions.
