Working closely with physicians, operational leaders, and support center teams, the Manager translates organizational priorities into actionable project plans, coordinates implementation activities, and supports the adoption of new processes, programs, and capabilities. The Manager serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, helping ensure initiatives are effectively deployed, monitored, and sustained. Through project management, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and collaborative leadership, this position contributes to organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, physician experience, and patient experience. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support strategic initiatives and special projects aligned with organizational priorities. • Coordinate project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans. • Partner with operational, clinical, financial, and support center leaders to ensure effective execution of assigned initiatives. • Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and communicate clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership. • Assist in the deployment and rollout of enterprise programs, operational changes, technology-enabled solutions, and new business processes across practices and support center functions. • Identify operational improvement opportunities through stakeholder feedback, observation, data analysis, and process review. • Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, governance forums, and stakeholder alignment discussions. • Develop implementation plans, communications, training materials, job aids, and adoption support tools for new initiatives. • Support organizational standardization by documenting, refining, and implementing scalable best practices across markets and functions. • Monitor project and operational performance metrics and develop recommendations for continuous improvement. • Create presentations, executive summaries, dashboards, decision materials, and status reports for leadership teams. • Collaborate with Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Clinical Affairs, and other functional teams to advance project objectives. • Support change management efforts by fostering stakeholder engagement, managing communications, and encouraging adoption of new processes and programs. Page 3 of 3 • Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and initiative tracking tools using platforms such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. • Participate in enterprise transformation initiatives and organizational improvement efforts as assigned. • Travel domestically as needed Minimum Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategic operations, management consulting, project management, or a related field. Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders is required. Experience supporting operational improvement, standardization initiatives, or enterprise deployments is preferred. Physician practice management, ambulatory healthcare, or multi-site healthcare experience is preferred.
