Description: Job Title: District Manager Reports To: Carwash Director Location: Requires travel to all sites in Chicagoland area. Please note, this is not a remote work opportunity. Expected to be at sites at least 5 days per week. COMPANY SNAPSHOT Gas N Wash is a rapidly growing, upscale convenience store and express carwash retail company with headquarters in Tinley Park, IL. Having been in business for over 13 years, Gas N Wash has 36 locations in the Chicagoland area and is continuing to rapidly grow. POSITION SUMMARY The ideal candidate will possess ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have extensive experience building teams and recruiting. Specific responsibilities include: RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure the development of employees in the region • Plan daily activities with a thoughtful plan to foster growth • Monitor KPIs to set clear expectations on standards • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions • Resolve escalated customer complaints and service issues • Ensure consistent brand representation across all locations • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with corporate goals • Collaborate effectively with executive leadership to achieve business goals • Identify performance standards, measuring progress and adjusting talent accordingly • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement QUALIFICATIONS · Prior experience working in retail preferred · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · At least ten (10) years professional work experience · Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs COMPENSATION & BENEFITS · Competitive compensation package · Health, dental & vision insurance · 401(K) with company match · Paid Time Off Requirements:
